On Sunday the 19th of January I spoke with Katie Todd (https://www.katieedentodd.com/) on her Persona Grata Facebook live about health and specifically emotional eating. It was a really raw and beautiful conversation with her community of followers. I gave some simple steps to combat using food (or whatever brings a compulsive craving that you don't feel control with or something you have too much of maybe chocolate, fast food, big portions in general or alcohol) as a coping mechanism.
