What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a powerful, science-based therapy that blends Western physiology with Eastern energy medicine to restore balance for homeostasis. Using a non-invasive technique called muscle monitoring (biofeedback), kinesiology identifies hidden stressors whether physical or emotional that may be disrupting your health.
How Does It Work?
Our bodies store stress, trauma and limiting beliefs deep within the nervous system which can present as mental stress as well as physical pain and specific conditions. Kinesiology taps into this stored information through muscle reflex testing allowing the practitioner to pinpoint imbalances and apply targeted corrections. By shifting energy blockages, it helps relieve pain and improve symptoms, release emotional burdens and restore equilibrium giving you more clarity and health.

What Happens in a Kinesiology Session?
You’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table while I gently test your arm muscles to access your body's biofeedback system. This helps uncover stressors or imbalances whether physical or emotional without you needing to consciously know the cause.
As we go, I’ll interpret what your body reveals and use techniques like acupressure, flower essences and sound therapy to support healing. Every session is completely tailored to you.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
It depends on your needs, but as a general guide:
An initial session, followed by a second session 1-2 weeks later
A total of 3-6 sessions for long-term stress relief or specific issue eg digestive, hormonal or immune related
Ongoing session every 4-6 weeks are fantastic for maintenance and continued support
Preparing for Your Session
Wear comfortable clothing no other preparation is needed.
What If I Don’t Know What’s Wrong?
Kinesiology is not just for physical symptoms it’s incredibly effective in relieving emotional stress well. You don’t need to have all the answers or even know where to start. The session will naturally guide us to the information your mind and body is ready to release.
